EQAO Mid-May 2016

Assalamu Alaikum!

Dear Parents:

Please be informed that all Ontario students in grades 3 and 6 will be undergoing the EQAO assessment in Mid-May 2016. This is a test that evaluates students’ performance in reading, writing, and mathematics. Teachers will work to prepare the students and ensure their success on this evaluation InshaAllah. Parents will receive results for their student’s performance on these exams. Please be aware that the Ministry of Education charges a fee of $85.00 to administer it to each student.  If you would like your child to participate in this assessment, please fill out the form below and send it in with your child along with the money by Friday, February 5^th, 2016.
