Bake Sale
Um al-Qura organizes Bake sale every year for all grades. All parents are encouraged to send in foods such as cakes, cookies, cupcakes, juice, chips etc. with their children so they may sell them at school with their classmates.

Spelling Bees
We host an annual Spelling Bee at Um al-Qura. Students in SK-Grade 8 are encouraged to participate in friendly competition with their peers in which they develop and enhance their English vocabulary.

Science Fair
Science Fairs are held once a year to display student’s science projects. Students in Grades 1-8 demonstrate their knowledge through the presentation of various topics in the field of science.

Quran Competition
The school hosts an annual Qur’an Competition where students in SK-Grade 8 are given the opportunity to demonstrate their eloquence in memorization of the Holy Qur’an.
